Terms of use – User Agreement
 
By accessing or using the Seafood People website in any way you agree to be bound by these terms of use, without limitation or qualification. Seafood People reserves the right to change these terms of use and other guidelines or rules posted on the website from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion and will endeavour to provide notice of material changes on the homepage of the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

1. Intellectual property
The materials and services on the website, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws, and any unauthorised use of such may violate laws and these terms of use. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, license, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the website, its materials, or its services or their selection and arrangement, except as expressly authorised in these terms of use or as otherwise stated on the website

2. User conduct
In using the site, including all services and materials available through it, you represent, warrant and agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the site, or any services, materials, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the site or any affiliated or linked websites. You agree to not to upload, post or otherwise transmit through the site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files and not to provide any false personal information or to attempt to use another user’s account, password, service, or system without express authorisation from Seafood People. You also agree not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law. 

3.  Managing content and communications
Seafood People reserves the right to delete or remove user content from the site and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or parts of this site, at any time without prior notice or liability. Seafood People reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to, monitor or review any areas of the site where users transmit or post user content, including but not limited to areas where services are available, and the substance of any user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seafood People shall have no liability relating to user content arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise and you shall keep us fully indemnified in this regard at all times.

4.  User registration
Where use of the site requires user registration, you will be required to provide registration information. In registering to use the site (including all services and materials made available through it) you agree to: provide accurate, complete and up to date information about yourself as required by the registration form and maintain and update your registration data to ensure that it is accurate and complete. You represent that you have the lawful right to submit such information and agree that you will not submit any information unless you are legally entitled to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities carried out using your account information. You agree to notify Seafood People immediately of any unauthorised activity using your account information or if you suspect that the confidentiality of your account information has been compromised. Seafood People reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and with immediate effect, to terminate or suspend your account, remove or edit content and refuse any current or future use of the services if it believes in good faith that you have knowingly failed to comply with the above user registration terms of use. 

5.  Seafood People Privacy Policy
Your Registration Data and certain other information that you provide to us are subject to our Privacy Policy. 

6.  Disclaimer of warranties
In using this site and/or its services, you understand and agree that the site and the services contained on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that use of the site and/or services is entirely at your own risk. Links on the site may lead to services or sites not operated by Seafood People. No representation or warranty is made by Seafood People with respect to the quality or otherwise of such other services or sites.
 
7.  Limitation of liability
Seafood People is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, electronically transmitted orders or other economic advantage caused whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of, or related to the use or inability to use the services, unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data by third parties, statements or conduct of any third party providing the services or accessing the site, and any other matter relating to the services, including content you may download, use, modify or distribute from the site. You have the sole responsibility for maintaining adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the site and will not be entitled to a claim against Seafood People for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of content.
